The Jabra Evolve 20 UC is a great value budget headset for use with computer via USB. If you have a phone with a USB headset port you may also be able to use it with your phone.

This wired USB headset would mainly suit a desktop, but would be compatible with a select few handsets (E.G. Yealink T5 series), if you are unsure, feel free to give us a call or send us an email and our staff will gladly check for you.

This is a simple, plug & play solution for those who don’t want to splash out much on a headset for intermittent or occasional use with a PC. The 20 UC model has soft foam ear cushions.

This Evolve has inline controls to allow you to answer & release calls as well as adjust volume and mute the microphone. Specially designed for today’s softphones it is certified for use with Yealink and PC Suite (Jabra software) allows it to be used with most modern softphones.

Things to consider
As with any corded headset, with the Evolve 20, you are tied to your phone via a cable, this can be frustrating when wires lie across your desk and get in the way of papers or drop down and get crushed and tangled under chair wheels. If your work requires that you get up from your desk (whether on a call or not) you’ll need to unclip the headset or take it off each time & reclip/put it back on when you return. If you do this often, a wireless headset could save you time, hassle (and hair!).
